Despite what I complained about before going to Australia, I'm at what I've mentally planned to be the last chapter of the novel today, so I'm pretty happy about it. Of course, it makes me tempted to say things like I'll finish the novel by the end of this month, but I think I need to avoid giving myself any deadlines now.

Australia was pretty good, especially since I was there to attend the wedding of a really good friend. I suspect she fed me too much good food, which is why I'm trying to lose weight now. Though Chinese New Year is around the corner =O
