I have to apologise and say that I do not get Sayaka at all. OK, so your soul is divorced from your body... so what? You may not have nerves, but you can still feel emotions! Why let your chance at Kamijo slip away when you worked so hard to get here? Even Hitomi acknowledges you have more right to him than she does!

Madoka remains awesome as usual, as does her mom. Even though advice from her mom accidentally causes Madoka to throw Sayaka's Soul Gem away. Omg that scene. ;_;

The GOOD THING IS it finally got Kyuubey to come clean about something, and for us to learn about Kyoko's back story. DID NOT WANT TO FEEL SORRY FOR ANOTHER CHARACTER.

Sayaka going berserker also makes me cry D=


I can't wait for the next few eps.

I think what broke my heart the most about the gem throwing scene was how understated the whole "who am I?" "am I human?" "what makes me human?" confusion was done, caught up in the girls' panic about having all their comfortable assumptions and illusions being shaken up and broken. And Homura! No time wasted on crying - she just pelted right after Sayaka's soul gem because she knew someone had to, and no one else would ;; Considering what comes to light later, I'm amazed she can still do things like that despite all she knows. I wonder what her definition of being human is?

My fiance and I have finished marathoning the series twice now XD;;

Good point about the gem throwing thing! Yeah, the reveal was done in an awesome manner - Sayaka dropping halfway through her demands on why Madoka threw the gem away, Kyoko picking Sayaka up and realising SHE WAS DEAD. D= I guess Sayaka's definition of being human is quite different from mine.

Homura is my fave <3 and the way she returned the gem ;_; I'm still not quite sure how Homura defines being human though.
