1. What is your favorite breakfast?
Croissantwich from Burger King. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
2. Describe your musical taste. Do you listen to the radio? Do you only get music from friends? I'm fascinated about how much more hip-hop you know than I do. Tell me why!
This is cheating with more than one qn! *wink*
Aino summed it up best as "anything with a beat". But it's also not that simple, since I have likes from classical music to rap. I suppose it is "anything with a beat and a strong lyric theme". So for classical music, things like Moonlight Sonata where one can tap out the beat easily and can invoke the imagery of the moon on a river is totally up my alley. For modern music, it tends to lean heavily towards rock or music that I can dance to and identify with the lyrics.
Most of my music now is from lj (music sharing comms and friends). Bizarrely, the second most commmon source of my music is from tv/advertisements/restaurants. And then I listen to the radio maybe once in a quarter to be more current. =) I honestly don't know why I know more hip-hop than you though.
3. So we christened you the Sweetpea, and lo, it fits: a sweet flower smell with a deeper undertone to it. But now you need to pick another flower nickname. What would it be?
To be honest, the flower that I mostly closely identify with has a kick-ass Chinese name, but a wtf English name. You know those little white flowers that usually come with roses/fill up space in bouquets? Well, I wanted to be those for the longest time, especially since the Chinese name is man tian xin (满天星, literal trans: sky full of stars). But I didn't know what the English name was at first. Then I learned they are called baby's breath. And that was the end of my love affair. D=
I suppose I would go with the flower of my namesake, the gladiolus/sword lily. Which has the awesome meaning of strength of character. I also like jasmine flowers.

4. List a couple of your relationship kinks, and pairs that best fit into those kinks.
Here's a list of kinks make me OTP a pairing so hard my eyes cross (highlight blanks for spoilers):
a) Complimentary
I like couples who are not quite put together on their own, but almost become whole when they are together. For example, Ichigo and Rukia are neurotic twits on their own, but together - well, they're still neurotic, but Ichigo gets to try and be a hero and Rukia learns to not sweat the stuff that seem so important to her as a shinigami and a noble.
b) Competent
I want the halves of my pair to be competent on their own AND together. This is why if any girl goes WOE HE DOES NOT LOVE ME I WILL BE PATHETIC I instantly get turned off (Starfire, I'm looking at you. Strong alien female losing her flight powers because a boy does not think of her as a girlfriend? Pfffft. Court him la!)
To fit with the Teen Titans example up there, let's go to another superhero pairing - Hawkgirl/Green Lantern. Hawkgirl fights crime with a mace. Lantern fights crime with a power ring. Even though they got together [spoiler]and broke up DDD=[/spoiler] that didn't change. =)
c) Complete confidence in, or Trust
As the package says. I loooooove it when my OTP believes in the other half heart and soul.
Other than Ichigo and Rukia, Robin and Raven show this so well it isn't even funny. In season 4 of Teen Titans, Raven has to face down her destiny [spoiler]of ending the world[/spoiler]. Robin trusts Raven to try and fight her fate. Later on, when Raven loses her memories [spoiler]because she turned back into a kid[/spoiler] she trusted Robin enough to follow him and he helped her recover her memories.
d) Chance/presence of tragedy
Usually the first three are enough to get me to ship the pairing, but I've found that a common link between my OTPs is potential for TRAGEDY. I find it pretty intriguing how they could/manage to get together when things could easily go wrong.
Examples: Byakuya/Hisana (Hisana is dead), Alex/Sophia (Sophia looks like Alex's tragically dead girlfriend), Skyfire/Starscream (former betrayed the latter to join the opposite faction because the opposite faction was the good side) etc

5. Oh no! You've been transformed into a giant, city stomping monster. Before you retire to the ocean to seek out your mate, you have to stomp one city/country. It's an imperative, man, you cannot ignore it--destruction IS a go. Where do you indulge in your reign of terror?
I'm assuming I'm a Godzilla like creature as opposed to King Kong, but I guess the answer would still be the same: I'd terrorise New York because it'll give me the most media exposure. =D Also I'd like to see whether the American military is as cracked up as the movies make them seem. =)
