Evernote has been very secretive about the templates - there's no link from their blog or the occasional email blasts. I only knew about the templates because I was weighing OneNote and Evernote based on their calendar templates. (OneNote forces you to copy and paste the calendar templates from MS Word *shrug*)
I write my index backwards, but it's ok because I have reference numbers to look at. I use my index for finding things I repeatedly use - like if I copy an exercise regime after reading it on a random date, and need to keep referring to it. Or when I write a movie review and I want to be able to flip back to it.
